Refund Policy

Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since placing your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The customer must cover any shipping costs when returning an item/ item back to us.
To organise a return please email hello@theodoreandraffy.co.uk, please include your order number and what item (s) you would like to return.

Damages

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will inspect your item and let you know if your
refund has been approved or not, if approved you’ll be automatically refunded on to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-14 working days for the funds to show in your account after a refund has been issued.
Please note we can only refund to your original payment method.
